Ticket and Box Office Help
1.) When will I receive my tickets?
After your order is received online, it is processed in the order it is received. Generally this process takes 24 to 48 hours, depending on if it's a weekend or weekday. So if you have a confirmation number for your order, your tickets are on their way. Please allow at least 10 days after your order is made to receive your tickets. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card information for an order, which can delay ticketing processing and delivery. If you have not received your tickets within 48 hours of the event, please contact us.
2.) Can I place my tickets in "Will-Call" at the time of my order?
As a rule we do not offer will-call for tickets purchased in advanced. However, if you are ordering tickets 5 days before a show, your tickets will be placed in Will-Call at the theater box office.
3.) Can I e-mail requests or phone you after I've placed an order online?
If you have a special request (such as wheelchair accessibility, hearing-impared seat placements, or other special requests) you may use the request section of the online order form or order your tickets by phone at 206.388.1400. If you call after already ordering online, please make the person you are talking to aware that you have placed an online order soon after introducing yourself. This protects your order from being double processed.
4.) I placed my order days ago and haven't received a confirmation via e-mail! Should I order again?
No! Although you should get an email confirmation soon after you send your order, sometimes an incorrectly entered email address or an agressive firewall on your computer may keep you from receiving one. If you don't receive an e-mail confirmation within 24 hours, please call 206.388.1400.
